By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or engage our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All bookings are confirmed in writing by Mayfair & City Carriages. A booking is not confirmed until written confirmation is received from us. Verbal confirmations are provided as a courtesy only and do not constitute a binding booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled journey incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled journey may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled journey, or no-shows, may incur the full agreed fare. For Season events and special occasions, extended cancellation policies may apply as stated in the booking confirmation.

Waiting Time: A standard waiting allowance is included in all airport transfers (60 minutes from scheduled landing for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic). Additional waiting time beyond the included allowance is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Mayfair & City Carriages maintains full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance as required by law. All vehicles are insured for private hire use to the full extent required by UK law.

Our liability for any single claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the value of the journey or series of journeys to which the claim relates, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, for which liability is not limited.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, or actions of third parties.

Passengers are responsible for their conduct and for the conduct of any guests travelling in our vehicles. Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be charged to the client at the cost of repair or cleaning. We reserve the right to decline service or terminate a journey if passenger conduct is deemed unacceptable by our chauffeur.

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages is permitted with the agreement of the chauffeur. Alcoholic beverages may be carried and consumed in accordance with UK law.
